Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect the minimum needed to run NFX, we never sell your data, and we don't run ads.

What we collect

• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We receive your email and what you bought — never your card number.
• NFX Pro accounts: your email, encrypted league-connection credentials you choose to add, and league data needed to run Command Center. Stored on our servers (Railway) in the United States.
• Dead Card: the lineups you submit, your order email, and an optional Instagram handle — used only to send your Sunday alerts.
• Forms and waitlists: what you type into them (delivered to us via Netlify Forms).
• The Autopsy: nothing. Your uploaded files are processed in your browser and never transmitted to us.

What we do with it

Deliver what you bought, send the alerts you asked for, keep the lights on, and comply with law. We may email you about the products you purchased; marketing email always includes an unsubscribe.

What we never do

No selling or renting personal data. No third-party ad trackers. No data brokers.

Service providers

Stripe (payments), Netlify (website and forms), Railway (application hosting), Resend (transactional email, when enabled). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.

Retention & your choices

We keep account and purchase records while your account is active and as required for tax and legal purposes. Email via our contact page to access or delete your personal data; we honor verified requests within 30 days.

Children

NFX is not directed to children under 13, and purchasers must be 18+.
