NFX Sports ("NFX," "we") is operated by Charis Applied Intelligence LLC, a Texas limited liability company. These terms govern nfxsports.com, app.nfxsports.com, and every NFX product, including NFX Pro, Command Center, THE SIT, Dead Card, The Autopsy, and our merchandise store.
NFX provides fantasy football analysis, tools, and entertainment. Our verdicts, receipts, and alerts are opinions and information services. Nothing on NFX is gambling advice, betting guidance, or financial advice, and NFX is not a sportsbook, casino, or wagering service of any kind. NFX is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League or any NFL team or player.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from NFX.
All payments are processed by Stripe; NFX never sees or stores your card number. Prices are shown before checkout. Digital products (THE SIT, Dead Card) are delivered on-screen or by the alert channel described at purchase. NFX Pro is an annual or monthly subscription billed as described on the Pro page; the Founding Family annual price is locked for as long as your subscription remains active. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Our published calls are logged on the public receipts board and graded after the fact; misses stay up. Grades reflect our good-faith reading of official statistics and may be corrected if source data is corrected.
Don't scrape at abusive rates, resell our paid content, attempt to breach our systems, or use NFX for anything unlawful. We may suspend access that violates these terms; if we terminate a paid subscription without cause, we refund the unused portion.
NFX is provided "as is." Fantasy outcomes depend on real-world events we don't control, and we make no guarantee of accuracy, availability, or results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Charis Applied Intelligence LLC's total liability for any claim relating to NFX is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas.
